The Stinga
The STINGA is our newest Handplane and is made from recycled PU foam. Each handplane is unique and made in Newquay, Cornwall.
Its design is influenced by an old kneeboard shape & an experimental bodyboard shape by Tom Morey with a distinctive stinger tail design. A single concave on the bottom gives lift.
The STINGA is designed to be a great all- rounder, appealing to beginners, intermediate & advanced bodysurfers alike. It has a good amount of volume which allows for early entry into a wave but is very manoeuvrable while still providing great hold as you trim along the wave.
The STINGA is made from Epoxy & features recycled floral fabric on the base. Like all our handplanes the strap is adjustable and has a neoprene wrap made from recycled wetsuit material.
