STINGA Handplane – New & Improved

The new STINGA handplanes are built to be the ultimate all-rounder, perfect for beginners finding their flow, intermediates honing their lines, and advanced bodysurfers chasing speed and precision.

With just the right amount of volume, the STINGA lets you glide into waves early while staying highly manoeuvrable and locked in as you trim across the face. Its distinctive stinger tail takes inspiration from classic kneeboard curves and Tom Morey’s experimental bodyboard shapes, while the single concave bottom adds lift and drive.

Each handplane is crafted from PIR foam – lightweight, durable, and closed-cell so it won’t absorb water. The base is wrapped in a one-of-a-kind upcycled floral fabric, topped with a vibrant resin tint, and finished in polyester resin for strength and style.

This latest range features upgraded plugs and a fully adjustable strap for comfort and performance. Designed by Noa Surf Collective CIC and handmade in Cornwall by shaper Dave Farrow, every STINGA is a unique blend of innovation and craftsmanship.
