Cork & Bamboo Bodyboard (small)

£135.00
Limited Availability

This beautiful one-off bodyboard has been expertly hand crafted out of a discarded bodyboard that would have otherwise gone to landfill.

The polystyrene core has been skillfully resurfaced in naturally growing cork and its base covered in bamboo veneer.  Cork is a wonderfully soft, light, yet extremely strong and flexible material. Its membrane-like properties also make it waterproof and airtight.

This small bodyboard is a beautiful example of how to turn a waste product into something new…and far better quality than when it started.

Due to it size, soft surface and being light-weight, this bodyboard would make a perfect child’s or small adult’s bodyboard. It also fits into a standard large suitcase so perfect to take away on holiday or for a trip away.

‘These boards are a testament to re-use, a commitment to sustainable living and riding the waves responsibly’.
